Onyx Collective is back to business with a brand-new single called "Space-Wars." The instrumental track is a smooth collaboration with Sporting Life, the stage name for New York-based rapper and producer Eric Adiele. In the accompanying press release, frontman Isaiah Barr explained how the artists formed a friendship through Ratking.

Described as a "vintage soundtrack to a video game" that is infused with Sporting Life's "sonic flavor," the jazz joint was constructed from Know Wave recording sessions that date back to 2016. Barr also offered the following statement to get your mindset right: "Travel light and prepare for flight. Leave all baggage that is NOT essential where you feel it is most safe."
