Willy Chavarria
1 / 29

Willy Chavarria has broken away from the Fashion Week calendar and presented his SS20 collection on his own timeline. The runway show was full of looks inspired by the New York house and disco scene in the early '90s, rendered in silk and denim for an effect that's both masculine and defined. As we've come to expect from Chavarria, everything drapes off of the body just right. Although it's not as overtly political as past collection, one of the graphic tees goes at Trump with "Call your president and tell him to fuck off."

While most of the pieces are black, the sportswear pieces made in conjunction with K-Swiss play with colors for a much brighter look inspired by California's Chicano Tennis Prep in the '90s. The two also collaborated on the Classic 2000 sneaker, which was crafted by customizer Ceeze.
