In light of his arrest on federal charges, the controversial Tekashi 6ix9ine's impending new album, Dummy Boy, has been delayed indefinitely. Taking to Instagram, 6ix9ine posted a statement reading that the record, set to feature the likes of Kanye West and Nicki Minaj, is "postponed... until further notice."

Minaj herself issued a statement on the matter, shrugging off the record company's decision while writing "Danny, I love you and am praying for you, your Mother, daughter & her Mom during this time."

Tekashi 6ix9ine is currently being held without bail and facing a sentence of 32 years to life in prison. He and his associates have been hit with 17 charges stemming from a 5-year investigation into their gang, the Nine Trey Bloods. Head here for the initial report of his charges.

In related news, 6ix 9ine's lawyer has released a statement saying the rapper is only a "entertainer with a gangster image," making him innocent of all allege crime. Get the scoop on that here.
