Double Tap to Zoom

The classic Nike Air Force 1 Low has entered its "Miu Miu" era.

Nike's newest Air Force 1 '07 LV8 FMME sneaker lands as this sleek take, dressed in greyish brown leather and laced up with two sets of shoelaces.

A sneaker wearing more than one set of shoelaces is nothing new (ask sacai, a longtime Nike collaborator known for doubling up on laces, tongues, and pretty much everything else). But this particular styling seen on the Forces calls back to Miu Miu's sneakers, both its in-line and collaborative efforts.

Miu Miu's steppers have played an influential role in today's biggest sneaker crazes, to the point that even other sneakers have started wearing their shoelaces like that.

The Air Force 1 was already cool. The double lacing only elevates its timeless swag, alongside other neat details like the cutout floral patterns, smooth suede Swoosh, and milky translucent outsole.

As we speak, the Nike Air Force 1 '07 LV8 FMME is now up for grabs on Billy's website for ¥18,150, roughly $113. It's accompanied by a blue woven Astrograbber sneaker (also doubled-laced in case you were wondering).

With hope, these Miu Miu-coded Nike sneakers will get a wider release this spring.
