Editor’s Notes: Revered Tokyo-based retailer, Coverchord, has released an explorative SS19 lookbook. The lookbook highlights Coverchord's strong selection of premium brands, and features pieces from established names such as Stone Island, Engineered Garments, and SOUTH2 WEST8, next to items from Japanese up-and-comer, UNUSED, and many more.

The lookbook's olive tree grove location serves as an appropriately gentle backdrop for Engineered Garments' ultra-lightweight, nylon BDU Jacket, and hobo's Cotton Twill Gardener Apron by LAND&B.C..

Checked shirts from DIGAWEL and Sandinista provide a splash of primary colors to an otherwise verdant palette. The Nel Check Long Shirt from Kohei Nishimura's DIGAWEL is constructed from high-quality flannel and rendered in red and yellow. Sandinista’s Two-Tone Shirt serving as a lighter alternative.The Help Corduroy Jacket and Pant ensemble is a particularly strong offering from the relatively young brand, AURALEE.
