James Gray's much-anticipated space epic, Ad Astra, has already been welcomed with rave reviews by critics ahead of its theatrical release later this month. Today 20th Century Fox shares another clip in promotion of the film, titled "Moon Rover."

In the trailer we find Brad Pitt's Roy McBride being prepped for a lunar rover mission. He is forewarned that the US has been dealing with pirate activity during their outings on the moon, which is exactly what McBride and company fall victim to in the clip. When the team is ambushed by pirate moon rovers, McBride is forced to take control as one of the drivers is shot.
