Swizz Beatz just opened a "Dreamweavers" exhibition at LA's UTA Artist Space. The show celebrates the "black renaissance" and features work from over 20 contemporary artists including Kehinde Wiley,  Kerry James Marshall, Arthur Jafa, and Carrie Mae Weams.

Kasseem "Swizz Beatz" Dean is primarily known for his work in the music industry as a rapper and producer, but he's also a prominent art collector. Together with his wife Alicia Keys he owns The Dean Collection, which is "a family art collection focused on the support of living artists."

Curated by Nicola Vassell, "Dreamweavers" consists of paintings, sculptures, and photographs which examine "the surreal in contemporary society and the paradox of fact and fantasy through artists who operate from a deeply imaginative, often provocative, psychological space."

The exhibition is on show now, and runs until April 13.
