Premier League Clubs to Feature Black Lives Matter Logo on Jerseys

The Premier League is finally returning to action today, 102 days after the season was suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic. Marking their return to action, Premier League clubs will show their support for the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) and the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement.

All clubs will wear an NHS patch on the chest and a BLM logo on the sleeve. Some clubs, such as Arsenal and Sheffield United, will also replace the players’ names on the back of the jersey with Black Lives Matter.

It is believed that all twenty clubs will replace the names, though not all have officially confirmed yet. Both Arsenal and Sheffield United have shared previews of their respective jerseys ahead of the first round of games today and tomorrow.
