Being an adidas-signed athlete has its perks, as Paul Pogba recently proved on Instagram. The World Cup-winning midfielder took to social media to share a special care package delivered to him, which turned out to be a custom version of the Three Stripes’ popular new Sobakov silhouette.

The sneakers were delivered in a personalized presentation case, featuring a French flag-themed ribbon, Pogba’s name and jersey number, as well as two stars to signify France’s two World Cup wins (in 1998 and 2018).

Pogba’s exclusive pair features a cream leather upper with blue, red, and white stripes. The Manchester United man also received a replica of the 2018 World Cup Final Telstar 18 ball, affixed with two stars as well as details of the World Cup Final matchup against Croatia.

The adidas Sobakov is the latest football-inspired silhouette to cross from the pitch to the streets, blending performance design cues, such as the Predator stripes, with a more casual aesthetic.
