Black Nike Air Force 1, is that you? Not quite. It's more like an impressive "Nyke" sneaker.

Nike's latest night-mode Air Force 1 isn't your regular Air Force 1. It arrives with high-quality leather uppers, an embroidered Swoosh, and even iced-out outsoles.

But most notably, there's a lot of "Nyke" throughout the sneaker.

The name appears in graffiti-style lettering on the heel, effortlessly blending into the crisp, dark leather background. At the same time, "Nyke" also lands on the marker-shaped charm hanging from the shoelaces.

This stealthy Air Force 1 gets more interesting, too. The insoles read, "While you're down there, how about you shine my shoes?"

If you played Def Jam's video games back in the day, this might sound familiar. It's a quote from the label's Fight for NY game, which was released back in 2004 (it had a pretty great soundtrack, too).

The same message also appears on the translucent outsoles, suggesting this could be heavily inspired by the classic fighting video game or the shoe could be made in collaboration with Def Jam.

Either way, it's a pretty impressive take on the classic black Air Force 1.

Nike continues to find all sorts of ways to keep the iconic all-black Forces fresh, having given it Valentine's Day-ready makeovers and black denim jeans. The brand even turned it into the ultimate all-weather tank.

The sportswear brand hasn't yet revealed a release date for the Nike Air Force 1 "Nyke" sneakers. But some sneaker leakers say they'll drop sometime in 2026 on Nike's website.
