Epix has announced a new docuseries on Charles Manson and the Manson Family, titled Helter Skelter. The six-part program will delve into the Manson cult's unthinkable acts carried out in California in the late 1960s and early 1970s.

“Helter Skelter set outs to illuminate new perspectives on one of the most legendary crimes of our time," executive producer Lesley Chilcott told Deadline, who broke the story. "The filmmaking team and I are grateful for the collaborations with Berlanti Productions, Rogue Atlas, Warner Horizon and Epix and the opportunity to tell this complete story.”

The Epix docuseries will include never-before-seen interviews with former family members and journalists who were present in the courtroom following the murders of Sharon Tate, Jay Sebring, Abigail Folger, Wojtek Frykowski, and Steven Parent. It will also feature new images and archival footage chronicling the history of the Manson Family.
