Frieze Los Angeles has opened its doors again, providing the space for 50 of the city’s leading galleries to exhibit some of their finest pieces. Accompanied by events, Frieze LA gives audiences a chance to see their city’s best art in one place. As always, though, there’s a lot to focus on, especially with the arrival of a digital art section.

MATCHESFASHION recognizes that the imposing number of works can get a bit much. So, through a series of audio guides and activations, the retailer is breaking down Frieze Los Angeles into interesting, digestible pieces. On July 28, four tastemakers led an Instagram takeover, sharing their guides to the City of Angels. But, while shots of the legendary Chateau Marmont and Venice Skatepark were the prime focus, we kept getting distracted by the clothes.

DJ and photographer Myles Hendrik stood out alongside Alexander May, founder of OFFSITE.STUDIO. Sporting labels ranging from JW Anderson and Gucci to Harago and CDLP, the two put on an exhibit of their own. This one entitled: How to Dress in Summer, LA-style.

We couldn’t let the praises of these looks go unsung, so we’ve rounded up some of the best style moments of Frieze LA and you can shop the key pieces below.
