Billie Eilish has confirmed she'll be working on a new album this year, but don't expect it to drop any time soon.

Ahead of her performance at iHeartRadio’s ALTer EGO concert, the 18-year-old singer was asked if a new album was coming in 2020: “This year, no,” she replied, “but I will be making it this year. But next few years? It’s coming. When it’s made. It’s not made yet.”

Her documentary, however, is close at hand, and she's terrified. Why? “I’ve seen no part of it,” she explained. “I’m freaked out. They’ve been filming since like July of 2018. Who has that much footage of them that they’ve never seen? I’m terrified.” Eilish guesses the Apple TV+ film will drop this year.

Apple reportedly purchased the rights to the film for $25 million. The R.J. Cutler-directed documentary centers around Eilish's life and career in the wake of the release of her debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?.
